Josh founded DePaul Mens a cappella in the Spring of 2003. He considers it the defining aspect of his college career.

He is currently volunteering with Jesuit Volunteers International in Managua, Nicaragua. He teaches English, PE, Music, and directs the choir at Centro Escolar Pan y Amor.

He arranged the “Start [sic] Spangled Banner” and “Why Do Fools Fall In Love”. He also directed the group through the end of 2005.
