Alexander Warner Kuehr has been performing in DMaC since the beginning of his junior year, and it has truly been his saving grace. Singing with the DMaC boys was his single greatest experience at DePaul University. Alex hails from Flossmoor, IL, and thought he had given up song and stage after high school. However, everybody knows he always takes the optional solo, and DMaC will always be so close to his heart!

Alex’s favorite songs include stealing Nick’s “Everybody Knows” solo, as well as anything from Wicked. He can also be heard rocking out to Girl, For the Longest Time, My Girl, Every Breath You Take, Closing Time, and Creep.

Alex will be leaving DMaC and Chicago in June ’09 to join Teach for America in New Orleans. He is not a hobbit, but he is open to a DMaC <3 tattoo…

Brad Dessy

Native to Southern California, Brad discovered at the age of 17 that the big world beyond sunny beaches and gnarly waves needed to be explored. Through Europe, South America, and much of the U.S., Brad has carried his musical talent with him, whether it be his guitar, voice, or sense of rhythm.

With Chicago as his new home, he can only hope that the next few years with the extroverted and artistic guys of DMaC will exceed the first year. Although he already misses the alumni members, he feels that DMaC will only improve with each year and its new members.
